My students need supplies to build interactive math notebooks, whiteboards, dry erase markers for engagement, and a central hub to turn in and pickup supplies!
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Repaci's classroom raised $776

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My classroom is full of mathematicians! As mathematicians were are continuously collaborating, inquiring, justifying, and making mathematical connections to our everyday lives!
My students are young, bright, caring, and fun mathematicians!
My mathematicians are just entering a crucial year in their education: 7th grade! We are making the transition from elementary math concepts to algebraic math concepts! Each day, we are dedicated to our mathematical learning. We encounter productive struggle and we persevere!
My Project
My mathematicians will use majority of the materials (notebooks, paper, glue, tape) to build our interactive math notebooks. We will be working with our interactive math notebooks for the entire year. My mathematicians will take ownership for their notebooks, as they will be a portfolio of their learning.
Whiteboards and dry erase markers are essential tools for collaboration and student participation. Individual whiteboards allow students to demonstrate their knowledge and for the teacher to quickly assess understanding.
Our classroom desperately needs a central hub to keep our papers organized! I would like to have color-coded drawers by class section for turning in and passing back work. Feedback is an important part of the learning cycle. With multiple classes of 30 students, organization is key!
Donations to fund this project will help us obtain supplies for our classroom.
With a system (interactive math notebooks) to organize our learning, we can dive into the beautiful world of mathematics! At the end of the year, each of my mathematicians will have a notebook to keep as a resource and documentation of their growth!
