With an extra computer that is in great condition, I am now able to have more freedom to move around the classroom to work closely with the students. The school issued computer can now be left attached to the Smartboard with daily lesson slides and directions that students can see from where they sit. I am able to walk around the classroom to individually or in small groups conference with the students throughout the day.\r\n\r\nThe students who need extra help or small group instruction have really benefited from this extra computer in the classroom. I am able to sit with individuals, at a specific table group, or even call a group over to a section of the room with me to give them feedback and help during their daily writing lessons. With the new technology in the classroom, I can have their documents open on the computer even when they are not individually working with me. \r\n\r\nAny new or extra technology in the classroom is a major help in the classroom for all students involved.
