Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our school has a new PE program that serves low income students. Our school is also home to immigrant students as well as English language learners. It is my goal to raise funds to purchase PE equipment that students can use to help promote an active and healthy lifestyle for a lifetime.

The beaded jump ropes will benefit students in PE by allowing them to participate in activities and exercises that focus on jumping, coordination, endurance, and more.

These beaded jump ropes are beneficial because the beads allow students to turn the ropes much easier than a traditional jump rope. These ropes can be used by all grades and benefit our students who are developing their locomotor skills.
