Help me give my students resources to add to our flexible seating options within our classroom. We also are in need of some organizational materials to help us keep track of our supplies.

My Project

These items that I am hoping to add to my classroom will build to our collection of flexible seating. Adding the bean bag chair and lap desks will allow students to use the seating options as a reading area and to add more comfort while they work. We have some flexible seating options already, but the lap desks will allow students to work more easily in these locations. In addition, many of the supply organizers will help keep track of shared materials so students have more access to the daily supplies they will need.

As a teacher, it is important to differentiate instruction to better meet the needs of my students so the file organizers will better allow me to keep track of individual student materials as I plan for small group instruction.

I hope to make our classroom a comfortable, calming space for my students to learn.

The multicultural crayons have been used frequently in my classroom throughout the year, as we learn to appreciate all students and understand we are all unique. It is time to refresh these supplies so students can continue to engage in these powerful learning experiences.
