Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

As a middle school basketball coach, the health and well-being of our student-athletes are of utmost importance to our coaching staff. We have identified student-athletes on our team that do not currently own the basketball shoes needed to learn and grow as middle school basketball players. If our student-athletes compete wearing the wrong type of basketball shoes, this can be detrimental to their health and growth on the basketball court.

This project will afford three of our most dedicated middle school male student-athletes with a pair of basketball shoes to wear during our middle school basketball practices and games.

We appreciate your support as we continue to ensure our student-athletes possess the necessary resources to learn and grow as individuals on our team. We appreciate you! Thank you!
