My Students

Last year was...well...interesting. But, it did come with many learning opportunities for both students and teachers.

I have a great group of students who never cease to tell me "thank you" at the end of every class.

That warms my heart and drives me to do better each day.

My kids are energetic, inquisitive, and love participating in the crazy scenarios I put them through. These kids are wonderful and so full of questions. They are excited to learn each day. And I love teaching them.

My Project

Since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic I have seen less and less student interest in school. They tend to make light of attendance. I am doing my best to keep kids involved, interested, and safe in my classroom.

Students are spending enormous amounts of time on electronics and their devices always need charging and charging cords.

In my class I try to spend time away from electronics hence the need for pencils. I think I have gone through 300+ pencils in 1 semester.

I also need a presentation clicker to make it easier for me to move around the room while teaching and the students while presenting projects.

Some students are afraid to come to school due to high transmission rates and I would love to ease their anxieties in my room by having an air purifier with HEPA filters.

With the added amount of time on computers I am needing another screen and screen mount to be able to juggle the amount of sites and programs I need to be on at once.

All of these supplies will help in safety, preparedness, and organization in my classroom.
