Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The specific items requested include things used daily in class by students. Access to these materials is often hindered by lack of funds available to the school to purchase them. Asking parents to supply these items won’t go far as many families are struggling to meet their basic needs such as food and rent.

Having these supplies available for student use helps them be prepared and confident in class!

No longer will I need to tell students to borrow basic materials from their peers or other teachers.

The goal is to have multiple locations within my classroom that students have access to at all points during class.
