My wonderful students with Autism are working so hard this year! My students learn best with the use of visual symbols to provide reminders for engaging in tasks and for behavior support throughout the school day. Key rings are necessary to keep those visual symbols together and accessible for our students!
Since most of my students are non-verbal, it is important that we have key rings to keep our visual symbols readily available to help support my students in different activities throughout the school day!
The key rings would allow our picture symbols to be easily moved to different areas and be readily available to be used as visual support for my students!
The Corner Chomper and corner rounder/corner cutter would also benefit my students because their visual symbols are laminated, meaning sharp edges that can hurt! We need to round out those corners so our students are able to manipulate their laminated symbols without fear of sharp edges!
In addition, our old staple remover has broken and a new one would relieve the frustration of not being able to take staples off the wall in order to put up/show off our newer classwork!
Finally, book ends would help us a lot! These book ends would help keep our books on the shelf and prevent them from falling onto the floor!
