Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I teach a wonderful group of bright, kind, and inquisitive third graders who are so passionate about wanting to learn! For this 2022 school year we created class several class goals; the #1 goal my third-graders had was to do more science experiments!

My kids are absolutely crazy about doing science experiments but seeing as we are a Title I school, we are limited in our resources.

Our limited resources also cut into our funding for basic school supplies such as pencils, crayons, notebooks, white board / white board markers etc.

My Project

Please help me get these basic supplies for my students. My students are in desperate need of certain essentials such as pencils for writing and our daily lessons, a pencil sharpener to keep those pencils *on point*, dry erase-markers and boards for engaging classroom lessons and headphones for virtual learning in the classroom and facilitating engagement for students who have trouble staying focused. I'm requesting the zipper pouches to help keep said supplies organized and to better promote personal responsibility for each individual student.
