My Project

I have been teaching art since 1999. Art funding is unfortunately always on the chopping block. With a school of over 1,100 students, the art program is only allocated $1,000 per year. I would love to provide more creative lessons, but the current budget allows for merely replenishing basic supplies like paint, paper and brushes. I added in a projector on the "wish list" because the students are endeavoring to create a school mural this year. By hopefully getting a few of the basic items purchased, it will free up funds to explore getting supplies for lessons the students have expressed interest in.

The students all love clay, but just getting enough supplies for every student wipes out half the current art budget.

Any supplies will be greatly appreciated and used for the betterment of the Art Program.
