Basic Art Supplies Needed

Help me give my students some basic art making tools! With increased costs, my art supply budget has been completed exhausted. BUT, we still really need these remaining items to create some successful projects!

My Project

My name is Ms. Bealey and this is my 14th year of teaching art. As an art educator, it gives me great pleasure to share my love, passion, and enthusiasm for art with students. My dedication to art drives me to develop a quality art program in order to provide each of my students with a meaningful art education.

I will be teaching 6th grade students in St.

Peter, Minnesota starting January 17th. My art class is a one quarter class only. For a total of 9 weeks, this class will be every day for 75 minutes.

All of my lessons include important art fundamentals that align with state and national art standards. I use a blend of discipline-based, student-centered, and choice-based art education approaches. In my class, students are provided with multiple opportunities to explore a wide variety of significant artists, art history movements, art mediums, styles, techniques, and disciplines. It is my goal to help students develop 21st century skills as they become creative-problem solvers by gaining real-life connections to the content through exploring unique, innovative, and original ways to express their ideas visually. The curriculum is designed to positively foster the development of a multitude of essential skills that are transferable to other subject areas and real life situations.

The supplies on this list are what is still needed after exhausting my supply budget. Unfortunately, my art supply budget was used up very quickly with the rising costs due to inflation. I would really like to plan my "Pop Art" unit with my upcoming 6th grade students, but in order to do so, I need these last items listed. Please help donate if possible!
