This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

My students need badminton equipment so they can learn how to play net sports. Due to the size of our gym and recess area surface, this is one net sport we can learn in the outdoor area of our school.

Badminton is a life-long sport that will benefit our students for a lifetime!

Badminton is fun and promotes exercise, cooperation, teamwork, and much more. The kids will absolutely love it! My idea is to take these nets and string them through ropes and attach them to our fences outside. This will create several courts so students can safely play singles or doubles. Thanks for considering donating!
