This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Let's get back to the basics. My school is comprised of students from low-income families and they all received free lunch. I would like to help my students by making sure that they are provided with the basic needs to be successful in my math classroom.

Providing my students with the materials needed to be successful, gives them the opportunity to focus solely on their education and not their lack of. My students are amazing and can accomplish a lot, they just need a few basic supplies for support.
