Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project is all about "back to school basics."

I am asking for funding for basic academic materials, like pencils, paper, and paints, as well as some items to help keep our classroom clean and healthy.

The basic school supplies like pencils, paper, and paint will help us start the year with some Kindergarten necessities. The special pencils and notebooks I am asking for are geared for young learners and small hands.

Other supplies I am asking for, like soap, disinfecting wipes, hand sanitizer and tissues will help minimize the germs that spread in our classroom to keep learners healthy and coming to school regularly.

Snacks will help us recharge and reenergize at any point of the day. This is especially relevant for my students who may be in school for the first time and for longer than they may have attended other programs.
