My Project

My goal for this project is to provide my fifth-grade students with engaging, hands-on resources that make learning more meaningful and accessible. The materials will allow students to actively participate in lessons instead of simply reading about concepts.

Interactive resources such as laminated learning materials and sentence strips will support small-group instruction, encourage collaboration, strengthen academic vocabulary, and give students opportunities to practice skills in a way that is both engaging and long-lasting.

These resources will make a meaningful difference in my students' learning by helping them connect theory to practice.

The laminated materials can be used repeatedly throughout the year, allowing students to review, practice, and build confidence without worrying about wear and tear. Sentence strips will promote discussion, writing, and vocabulary development across subject areas.

Headphones are essential for daily technology use, giving students access to read-aloud supports during math and science lessons, helping them stay focused, work independently, and access grade-level content regardless of their reading level.

My students are curious, resilient, and eager to learn. They thrive when they have opportunities to interact with materials, collaborate with classmates, and learn through multiple modalities. Many benefit from additional academic supports and differentiated instruction, and these resources will help ensure that every student has the tools needed to succeed.

My hope is that this project will create an engaging classroom environment where every learner feels confident, motivated, and empowered to achieve their very best.
