Help me give my students back to school supplies like Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards, boxed water, Lysol wipes, a speaker, boxwood panels, ear buds, and a vacuum so they can learn in a safe space.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In order for my students to be successful learners, they need basic school supplies. Not all parents can afford to purchase the supplies that their children need. I try to supply them as much as I can but this can get very costly, especially on a teacher's salary and during COVID-19.
In order to engage my students every day and welcome them back, we need basic supplies!
My students are in constant need of snacks and cleaning supplies. A vacuum will help my students keep our room clean and germ-free. We also need snacks to keep students from feeling hungry during class. Snacks will include chips, cookies, water, cereal, and heathy bars. These items are very expensive and not all parents can afford to purchase them.
Please help me be able to purchase resources from Teachers Pay Teachers. This website is a great tool used to get activities that are used in the classroom to help support the needs of students. I am requesting only the basic of needs Lysol wipes, headphones, a vacuum, TPT gift cards and giant wall flower and posters. Additionally, a neon sign and a Hoover board for safety in the hallways. It is not fair for all kids to not have equal opportunities. Thank you for considering our request.
