This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

In order for our art classroom to continue creating beautiful art, we need to get back to the basics and restock some of our most used and loved materials. Drawing paper is an item we go through very quickly and Sharpie markers are a necessity to almost every art project we create. If we do not have those simple materials, creating art would be very difficult.

It is always a challenge to keep up with materials with an ever-growing student population, so this project will be able to help our classroom maintain the ability to create art together.

While paper and permanent markers might seem simple, they are the foundation to every project created in the art room.
