This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am the math & science teacher for sixty 6th graders who have just made the transition to middle school! Students are making academic progress through hands-on learning activities and strong behavior incentive systems.

We need your support to build on the progress we've made with access to basic materials that are necessary for a collaborative learning environment!

This project ranges from meeting basic human needs (tissues) to giving students the tools to engage with the lesson hands-on (markers). The tools in this project will allow us to have a classroom environment that meets students' basic needs and allows them to engage with the curriculum. We appreciate any donations to this project!
