Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I teach three different classes at the high school: engineering, chemistry, and physics. Our students are great and they want to learn all that they can. Unfortunately, we are a poor school district and most of our students come from poverty. All of the school's budget goes to keeping the building maintained.

Our students love to learn and we try to the best we can with what we have.

Every dollar that gets donated will help us teach our students to the best of our ability.

My Project

The sets of resources are going to be used to help my students learn what the basics of atoms are. The atom is the basic study of chemistry and if they do not understand that then they will be lost.

Students who can understand the basics of the atom do very well in chemistry.

Thank you so much for giving to my students. We do not get a lot of funding so every resource allows our students to learn and do better in school. Help us make it more engaging to study the atom with these lab kits and poster.
