My Students

March 17th was the last day my students and I were in our classroom together. Since March 17th my students have participated in Google Classroom lessons, iReady lessons, AR tests, live lessons with me via Google Meet, and completed paper packets.

Remote learning has been a learning experience for my students, their parents, and myself.

One of the most challenging aspects of remote learning is differentiating the types of learning to meet the technological needs of each family.

My Project

The flash-cards will provide a fun, interactive way for my students to continue to practice high-frequency words and math facts. Using the flash-cards, students will be engaged while mastering basic math skills and sight words.

The chapter book will introduce my students to a new series and help to maintain family reading night.

The wiki stix will provide an opportunity for a kinesthetic learning opportunity. Students will use the wiki stix to form letters, numbers, words, and create art. These materials will support my students' education while they are away from the traditional classroom setting.
