Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We use Project-Based Learning in our second grade classroom and we use lots of artistic materials such as paint, markers, glue, and paint brushes to create outstanding work. We need to take our art to the next level. We need glitter, craft scissors, colorful paper, and hole punchers to create and add to our projects.

These art materials will enhance the students’ ability to see themselves as artists and creators.

Please, help us continue creating amazing work by donating to get these art materials in our classroom.

These art materials will be used for reading response activities and writing publications for narratives, informative text, and poetry.

Our second graders love art and like to use a variety of art materials to express their artistic abilities. We are in great need for more materials like the ones in our list.

We will use these materials responsibly and creatively.
