Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I would love to have more neon supplies so we can have a “Glow Room” at our next art show!

Tempera cake paints are also my personal go-to for art projects.

They are easy to use and last a long time! We can paint with them for a whole school year.

I would also love to have different skin tone paint for when we create self-portraits. Having a variety of colors will help me encourage and celebrate diversity. One of my main goals as a teacher is to ensure that all my students feel welcomed and cared for.
