Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students attend our district's only art and music school. We have limited supplies and are using projects like this to boost our supplies. With these new art supplies, we will be able to color, draw and create to help solidify what they have learned in class.

Art can bring the joy of learning for all of our students.

We will learn and create works of art to help build background knowledge and help students remember new concepts we are learning.

We will use clipboards when exploring works of art within our school and classroom. Pencils will be used to create art, the students will trace and color their art with markers, crayons and colored pencils.
