Art Supplies for My Amazing Special Needs Students

Help me give my students the tools they need to thrive in the art room! With these art supplies, my special needs class can engage in art that is fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate for them.

My Project

With these supplies, my special needs students will be able to creatively express themselves in art class in ways they never had before. They'd be able to explore printmaking and stamping, while using different supplies and sensory tools that will be developmentally appropriate and help them learn in new ways.

This will open the door for them to experience something new, and give them opportunities to grow, develop, and have fun in art!

Stamping and printing is an accessible art form for all levels of development, and it is something that they have not previously been able to explore in my classroom. Their project will be an abstract painting and stamping collage as inspired by Kandinsky. They will listen to soft, calm music and work on their art, just as Kandinsky did. Their artwork will have their own style and voice, and will reflect their continuous growth and inspiration.
