Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Every year before spring break, our seventh grade team hosts a Fun Day for our students to celebrate all of the work that they've done throughout the year. We transform the seventh grade hallway into a world from that year's chosen movie theme and host different games all day in each of our classrooms.

Fun Day is a way to celebrate student's accomplishments and motivate them to continue working hard through the remainder of the school year.

Fun Day requires a lot of time and supplies to make possible but is always worth the effort for the immense amount of joy that it brings to students.
