My Students

Second graders are the best! My students love to come to school and learn new things. I have a wide range of abilities and talents in my classroom. My students are happy and energized.

My students are so special, and I strive to create exciting learning opportunities for them.

They enjoyed building towers of spaghetti and marshmallows while learning details about the engineering process.

My classroom is filled with children who are working hard and know that is it fine to not always succeed the first time.

My Project

My amazing second graders love to create and use their imagination. I try to provide an art project on Friday afternoons. I usually buy all the supplies that we use. Our school does provide some paint and paper.

Art is a way for children to express themselves!

I also bring art to math and science. In science, we study seed and pollen dispersal and the class designed a picture of a flower with birds and bees. Creativity helps the children to showcase their imagination. The enjoy hanging the creations up in the classroom. Art also relaxes the children, and they enjoy it.
