We seriously have some of the best students in our small-town elementary school. The students are always eager to learn new art techniques and test out their skills with new and engaging materials.
Our students are always ready for new challenges.
Some of the challenges will need to be adapted to the alternative way of delivering art lessons in their classrooms. I
I want to grow as an artists with them! Our school includes over 60% free or reduced-price lunch recipients, but together our community, parents, and staff work to get us everything we need. I am so grateful to have wonderful people like you also partnering with us to help get our students everything they so deserve.
Although this year may look a little different whether in person, online, or a mix of both, I know we'll build our classroom community and become the family we always are. I am a first-year teacher in the Visual Arts department and am looking for new materials the students can use with ease in their homerooms. Students have limited space and access to materials as many classrooms are not set up for creating art soley.
My Project
With these materials, my students will be capable of creating lasting artworks as they would in my classroom but with less worry of mess making when they are in their homerooms. Students who are virtual learners will also have the ease of taking their materias home without worry of the product degrading by exposure. The students will find it more pleasurable to clean up after themselves with the proper product to clean up their work stations.
Giving the students the freedom of creating without the hassle of overloading my art cart will help streamline our efforts!
