My students need a storage case for recess supplies and a pump for our flat balls.

My Students

Our recess supplies are running wild and deflating in our room, and we need your help!

My students are energetic third graders who love to be outside.

I have nine students total in my classroom. There are five girls and four boys. They are part of a K-12 school district that doesn't receive state aid. They are from a rural Nebraska district.

My Project

"Miss M. our balls are flat!" "Miss M. can you inflate our basketball?" I hear this daily, and with no pumper in the room it gets hard to keep the balls inflated. So I decided my room needs a pumper for itself. The first thing I would do with it is pump up all the balls that we have now. I also have loose equipment around my room all the time, so I thought instead of the little plastic tub I have now, why not try to get something to contain them that is a little bit better. So once we get this I will have the students put the balls in the crate.

This project is important because it will give my students "air" to have some fun.

It will also keep my room more organized and safe so all the supplies are not rolling all over the place.
