Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are hoping to raise funds to purchase prizes for the A. R. Assembly. Every year, we have an assembly to reward the students that reach or surpass the goal for points. This wonderful program helps students stay motivated to read a minimum of forty books and answer comprehension questions.

This is something students work on independently or with a reading buddy, and they need to be responsible and self-starters to reach this goal.

It's a huge achievement and that is why we want to shower these hard working students with prizes and rewards. The prizes and books we are gifting to the students are focused on climate and the environment!
