This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hello! I teach 4 sections of AP Seminar, the first course in the AP Capstone program. In AP Seminar, students are expected to develop and practice the skills of research, collaboration, and communication that they will need in any academic discipline, during college, and in the workforce. This class guides students in investigating topics in a variety of subject areas, write research-based essays, and design and give presentations both individually and as part of a team.

To aid these students in building their confidence and preparing for the multiple verbal multimedia presentations they will deliver both as a group and as an individual, please assist me in providing my students with the necessary resources to help them succeed.

Presenting is a tough skill to master, but with the right resources, my students will gain the confidence to speak in front of an audience and deliver their information and research well!
