Announcing Our Best and Brightest With Our New Programmable Sign!
My students need a new programmable sign to announce upcoming events and recognize student achievements.
This project expired on October 15, 2018.
Hooray! This project is fully funded
I teach in an urban middle School in the city of Columbus. One of our goals for this year is to increase community involvement and a sense of pride in our school.
We want our students, their families, and our community to feel proud to be associated with our school.
We want to be a school that is known for excellence. We want our students to see what they can truly do with the talents and skills that they have.
Our school is in need of a new sign to announce upcoming events and student achievements. There are so many wonderful things going on at our school but we do not focus on the positive things enough and that needs to change.
We need to make sure we are celebrating our victories and acknowledging our students' hard work and commitment to learning.
This sign can be used to highlight a student of the week, announce when students meet academic goals, create friendly competition between classes that are vying for attendance standings, and inform people of upcoming events like conferences, performances, or athletic events.
We want to increase our community involvement and this sign could also help us to communicate with people in our neighborhood. People can finally see all of the positive things our students are doing! No longer will people be left guessing what is going on behind the doors of our school. This sign will give people a glimpse of the many amazing things our students do daily.
