My students need organization for their writing and classroom supplies for writing workshop. Being organized and having what they need at their fingertips allows them to own the supplies and not waste time looking for items. I am requesting clear containers with lids.
Students are from a small community with 2 working parents.
My students are in 4th grade and I looped with them as I had them in 3rd this past year.
They are a very eager group and love coming to school. I have many asking "What else can I do?" and "Where can I find this information?"
I love their thirst for knowledge and want to give them every opportunity that I can in the classroom.
Many are involved in before and after-school activities.
They go the extra mile to achieve their goals. My students love to read and I love to give them the opportunities to feel comfortable in the classroom.
My Project
We spend a lot of our day writing in writing workshop in class.
Students need many different materials and supplies for their writing.
Having a place for each item in clear see-through containers allows students to get what they need without any delays.
Teaching children to be organized is a lifelong skill that they will use throughout their years in school and beyond. Each container will have exactly what they need in an easy view. All items fit perfectly and are easily accessible for students.
They will be kept on our classroom writing shelves. We share all supplies.
