My Students

I have a group of 26 enthusiastic third graders. They love to talk about their learning, research their questions and inquiries and share what they know with others. They grow their ideas by working together and pushing themselves to the next level.

We have a diverse classroom, which makes our learning community even more special and unique.

Each student brings something different to the classroom community.

My students enjoy spending part of their time each week exploring and researching topics that they are most interested in. They gather their research into projects to share with the class and school. My students are developing their critical thinking and communication skills that will help empower them and prepare them for their future careers.

Each day is a new opportunity to grow our ideas and learn something new!

My Project

My super third grade students love gathering on our classroom rug for lessons. An easel will be perfect for my students to engage in their learning to see examples and visual aides in school each day. We sit together on the rug every day to read stories, introduce new lessons and skills, engage in number talks and have class meetings.

An easel will be the perfect addition to our classroom community!

We will use it in every subject throughout the day. Students can not sit at desks all day. They appreciate a change of scenery sometimes during rug time. The addition of this easel to our classroom will be one that will makes a huge difference!
