This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are an awesome group of thirty 3rd graders, with different personalities and backgrounds. The've been through a lot this past year with Hurricane Harvey. They are a group of excited learners, that show their enthusiasm for learning thru their discussions and participation in discussions.

Every day they are excited and enthusiastic to find out what we are going to be discussing and which of our tools we will be using.

Hearing them talk about what we have just learned and how excited they are about it, it is just awesome!

My Project

My students have access to some really awesome technology to enhance their reading skills. These programs are interactive and students are needing to hear what is being said to them, not their neighbor. These headphones will allow them to focus on the program and not their neighbors!

My students need the ability to hear awesome programs that we use, with comfort and ease!

Ear buds tend to hurt their little ears and don't always allow them to focus on their learning. I am hoping that these headphones will allow them to enjoy using the resources that they have, without discomfort.
