Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

As an educator, I believe that technology plays a vital role in enhancing the learning experience. However, my current laptop is limited in capabilities and no longer effective for supporting the desired educational software, professional development opportunities, and resources that are available today for teaching an engaging math curriculum.

With the help of a new laptop, I will be able to apply the knowledge and skills I have gained in the classroom using the district-adopted curriculum to create engaging and interactive lessons.

This laptop will enable me to incorporate multimedia presentations, educational videos, and interactive online activities into my teaching methods, as well as completing required paperwork and submitting recorded lessons to an online platform. By doing so, I am confident that my students will benefit greatly from a more dynamic and immersive learning environment.
