An Apple a Day Keeps Us Learning

Help me give my students access to technology so they can continue learning when I have to be out for professional development.

My Project

I am requesting a MacBook for my classroom so that students can continue the same level of instruction when I am away for professional development.

Even when I am out for a day of teacher learning I want students to have access to the same high quality instruction so days of learning are not wasted.

Technology is a vital part of education. A computer is necessary to use the document camera so students can see papers projected on the screen. This makes it possible for students to work along with the teacher and follow along with the lesson.

The MacBook is also necessary to play songs and brain breaks to make school a fun and developmentally appropriate experience for my very young students. Having access to this technology makes the day run smoother for the substitute teacher and the students. Please help me make everyday count.
