This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our eighth grade students will soon be having the opportunity to meet the author of the book American Wolf. (From Nazi Refugee to American Spy). This book ties in perfectly with our student's PBL project based on World War II.

I know that this project will truly make a difference in my students lives by making this important time in history real for them.

Our students are really looking forward to this trip and meeting the author. The content of this book aligns very well with the current social studies curriculum.
