My Students

At any time throughout the day, I have a large number of active, energetic students in my classroom who are eager to learn. Each student in my class requires different strategies, techniques, and "attention grabbers" to engage their minds into their fullest learning potential!

I teach in the same community where I live and my children are growing up.

This community is very near and dear to me. The majority of the students in our school come from low income families. We often send home extra food and supplies with students who are in need. We are thankful for the families and PTO that can help those that are in need.

Every day in our classroom involves motion, movement, communication, and socialization. My classroom is always an active environment to engage the greatest learning opportunities. I strive to provide a positive, encouraging, motivating learning atmosphere for all of my students to grow!

My Project

I have a classroom full of active, energetic learners who each benefit from different learning settings. With the addition of these tablets in our classroom, I will be able to provide more opportunities for technology use to my students on a daily basis.

Each student's academic growth soars with multiple learning strategies implemented within the classroom.

The addition of these tablets to our math centers will encourage those growths and collaborating learning among peers.

Implementing technology will help all of my students to become independent and collaborative workers and learners. This differentiated learning strategy will allow students to learn in a fun, engaging, and encouraging environment that will work best for their needs. These Amazon Fire tablets will be a great addition to our classroom while allowing me to have full access to online safety and guidance. Students will be able to learn more and worry less!
