My Project

My students are the best kids you will ever meet! They are all unique in their own way. Each student has different sensory needs that affect their learning. I created this project to provide my students with new sensory and learning materials. I chose items I knew would help support their sensory and learning needs. These items will create a better classroom environment for my students.

Please help me meet my students' sensory needs!

I will be using these items in my classroom daily. For example, I have a student that has a hard time sitting still. She can use the weighted blanket at her desk to calm her. Donors Choose has really helped my classroom in the past. I added several sand items because my students love making letters in sand. I am hopeful that these sensory items will meet my students' needs and help them meet their academic goals.

My classroom would not be what it is without Donors Choose! I would like to say thank you in advance for helping my students obtain needed sensory items. These items will be used to aid my class in daily learning,
