Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Ensuring that we have an inclusive environment for ALL of our students is one of our number one goals. With the furniture provided, we could ensure access to seating that is easily accessible to students who are physically handicapped allowing them to feel safe and included with their class.

Providing inclusivity is one of our key goals!

We work hard to ensure each one of our students feels safe, included, and cared about. By providing this furniture for our flex space, our students will be able to work collaboratively in groups on projects and have the space necessary for this work to occur.

In the classroom, space is limited and does not allow for our students who have limited mobility to maneuver easily. Having this furniture in the flex space area provides the opportunity for all to have room and be with their peers in a cooperative learning atmosphere. Our students would be so grateful for this learning opportunity, as well as our staff.
