This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Orff instruments are a staple in the elementary music classroom. And we all know the part of a song that gets the people going is the bass. The C, F, and G bars will allow our students to play songs in the keys of C and F.

We currently do arrangements of songs like "Blackbird," "I'm A Believer," "Surface Pressure," "Wake Me Up," and more!

All of these songs could seriously benefit from some low end. My students are passionate about music, and getting these bars could inspire them to become percussionists or maybe even bass players!
