Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am looking to teach my students about our climate and environment, and spread awareness throughout our school community.

I would like to get my class gripper grabbers so they are able to pick up trash on the playground and around our school community.

With a new floral class carpet, my students will have an area designated in the classroom to learn about our climate, and how to protect our environment during our weekly science lessons. They will then have recycle themed stickers to pass out to other students at our school and spread awareness of what we have learned about recycling and protecting the environment. They will be able to spread their knowledge and care for our earth at the same time.
