My Project
Keeping the day flowing and my teaching organized is essential for a rigorous classroom environment. The best way to keep my students on task and to alleviate unnecessary distractions is to have a strict schedule and my instructions organized. The Echo Show will be a great tool for me to use to know exactly what I need to get done for the day, but also for the students to be able to see what they need to complete and be able to take responsibility for their own learning.
I love that my students love taking their learning into their own hands and, with the Echo Show my students will not only be able to check their daily classwork to see what needs to be done but will also be able to ask Alexa for information when they are learning new TEKS.
For example, a lot of my students are still learning how to tell time on the clock, with the echo show, they will be able to ask Alexa for the time, and the. Compare it to our Analog clock so they can start recognizing the time on it compared to a digital clock. Technology has come such a long way and is definitely useful in the classroom.
