My Project

My first graders have only a vague sense of what climate and environment mean. They have studied different animals, and sea life is next on our list!

They have little understanding of the correlation between climate, environment, and animals however.

Plants are another thing that I would love to introduce to the classroom. Air plants are a great introduction to caring for life. Puzzles depicting sea life are always fun, as well as educational. These requestested items are a great hands-on way to introduce these topics to the younger students.

Fostering a love of plants and animals, while demonstrating how plant-life is integral to our climate and to the environment is knowledge that these young students will possess forever.
