My Students
With budget cuts happening, the arts programs are disappearing. Please do not let this happen. Help keep the after school Pottery Club going, so students in this low income urban school can have an outlet for their creativity.
C. Middle School is located just south of Seattle, Washington. It has such a diverse student body. There are over 40 different languages spoken because it is where many immigrants decide to make their home. The neighborhood is low-income and C. Middle School has an 80% free and reduced lunch program.
My Project
Your donation of pottery supplies of new brushes and glazes, will keep the club going. Students will be able to paint with more accurate detail and try new painting techniques with different brushes and a variety of glazes. This club also provides a safe place to go after school.
Pottery club students love coming to pottery because it is fun and they get to be creative. It is exciting to be apart of this program. Your donations will help keep their creative juices flowing.
