Adventure With Cricut Venture!

Help me give my students and school a Cricut Venture | Wide-Format Smart Cutting Machine to utilize the Engineer Design Process to create projects , Tshirts and other large projects for our school community.

My Project

We are a Title I school district, meaning our community has a high economic need. My students come from diverse backgrounds, and I enjoy learning from them just as they enjoy learning from me! Our school is unique because of our diverse staff and student body. My students are special because they are immersed in an environment where we teach them academics and how to embrace the diverse student body. I have been in teaching for 19 years, and I am excited to bring innovative and exciting resources to our school community, that will have a positive impact for everyone in our school.

A Cricut Venture machine will be game changer for our school because it will allow me to create an endless variety of projects for all subjects , including our STEM curriculum, for all students at our school.

Having Cricut Venture in our school will allow me to create tshirts, large posters, large cut outs, and other projects for the school in a cost effective way. I can use this machine to create posters to display in our STEM lab that highlights the "Engineer Design Process", additonally I can make 3-D objects like robots, and replicas of animals, houses , etc. STEM education is new to our school, and this machine will allow me to create educational resources for the entire school. Additionally, this machine will be used for creating school decor, stickers, and lables and Tshirts for our students to wear for school sponsored student events. This machine will save our school money and time because I will be able to create items for our entire school on demand without spending money on vendors to mass produce items for our students.
