This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The Nintendo Switch and Game I requested are for kids to enjoy half an hour of Homeroom class and/or afterschool Game Club.

Our Homeroom class is supposed to address the social emotional needs of students.

Many kids at my school do not have access to a Nintendo Switch and/or a game. I tested the use of Nintendo Switch and a game on the platform in a homeroom class and a game club meeting after school. Students responded positively.

I asked for lab equipment and calculators in the past and I neglected another aspect of school life. This project helps to make school more meaningful to many kids.
