Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My school library has recently gone through some renovations, providing much more room for the students. However, while it is much larger than before, it is a bit drab and colorless.
When students walk into a library, they should enter a world where their imaginations can run wild.
Their creative senses should be stimulated. They should be eager to explore the wonderful places the books can take them.
The curtains and bulletin board letters will brighten the room up and will create a haven for students' imaginations. The room will become colorful and welcoming. These items will turn a room full of books into a room full of magic.
