My Project
My students have moderate and severe disabilities. My students have a wide variety of needs that require specialized direct instruction. This year, they will have the opportunity to participate in Adaptive PE. The equipment I am asking for will help promote exercise, movement, and fitness for students that cannot participate in regular PE classes. This class will meet their unique fitness needs and allow each student to participate in their own way.
The sports equipment in this project will help my students with disabilities access their new adaptive PE class.
The colorful equipment will assist students with vision impairments and visual needs. The floor basketball goal will assist students with physical disabilities.
