Many of our newcomer students are entering the city with very little clothing and personal items. This can be a challenge when trying to participate in school activities and outside sports. Many of our students have very few clothing items and few opportunities to wash clothing to keep clean.
This project helps us provide active clothing for students to participate in school activities and after school community building to stay engaged!
Some students report only one pair of shoes or shorts and are unable to fully participate comfortably in outside activities. This project will help us provide for those who need active items.
